Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are done by responsible friends every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning of the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen and towel change, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

Note: A cleaning fee of 72 Euro  is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

For Villa, a security deposit of 72 Euro is taken upon check-in, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are made upon your departure if there is no damage.
