Villa, located in the Ordu region of Kalkan, offers a wonderful holiday opportunity with its magnificent sea and nature views. The garden and pool area are secluded, making it an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and conservative families.

Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in appliances, microwave oven, kettle, a dining set for 4, and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided.

Living room: Sitting area with a view of the pool.

A seating group, dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, and access to the pool from the living room.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Master bedroom suite.

1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Youth bedroom.

2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Important guest notes:

The maintenance of the villa's pool and garden is done by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon entry are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 145 Euro  is taken upon entry for Villa. After necessary checks upon check-out, if there is no damage, your money will be refunded.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
