Villa, located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan, is a villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. Situated amidst nature, the pool and garden area of our villa are not visible from the outside, making it a suitable choice for conservative guests and honeymoon couples.
Villa, located 10 km away from the center of Kalkan, offers the advantage of being both far from the city and close to it.
Pool floor terrace: Sunbathing area, private pool.
Dining table and chairs for 4 people, sun loungers, seating group.
Pool dimensions: Length: 10.50 meters, Width: 4 meters, Depth: 1.55 meters
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen.
Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven with 4-burner stove (built-in), Microwave oven, Electric kettle, water dispenser, 4-person dining set, Pan, Pots, Cutlery, etc.
Living room: Overlooking the pool
Seating group, Satellite TV (LCD), Air conditioning, Dining table for 4 people, Access to the pool terrace.
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Suite family room.
Double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, Jacuzzi bath, and toilet.
2nd bedroom: Suite family room.
Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, bathroom.
Important guest notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out every other day by responsible staff.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, initial entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, sheet and towel change, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.
Upon entry to Villa, a security deposit of 58 Euro is taken, to be refunded conditionally. After necessary checks are made upon your departure from the villa and if there is no damage, your money will be refunded instantly or within 1 week to your account.
A cleaning fee of 44 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
