Villa is our luxurious rental holiday villa offering
stunning sea views and modern design. It's an ideal choice for both couples and
small families, accommodating up to 4 people.
Pool level terrace: Sea view, sunbathing area, private pool.
Dining table for 4, sun loungers, seating area.
Pool dimensions: Length: 9 meters, Width: 4 meters, Depth:
1.55 meters.
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen.
Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Built-in Oven with 4 Stove,
Microwave oven, Electric kettle, Water dispenser, Dining set for 4, Cooking
utensils, Cutlery, etc.
Living room: Overlooking the pool.
Sitting area, Satellite TV (LCD), Air conditioning, Dining
table for 4, Access to pool terrace.
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom: Master bedroom.
Double bed, Vanity table, Bedside table, Air conditioning,
Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Bathroom and toilet.
2nd bedroom: Master bedroom.
Double bed, Vanity table, Bedside table, Air conditioning,
Wardrobe, Bathroom and toilet.
Important guest notes:
Our villa's pool and garden maintenance is done by
responsible staff every other day.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden
maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon arrival are included in the price.
Extra cleaning requests, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, car
rental, and similar services are not included.
A damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa,
to be refunded instantly or within 1 week after necessary checks upon check-out
if no damage is detected.
For stays of fewer than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 72 Euro
is charged.
