Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through TayaTravel. By completing a booking, all customers acknowledge and accept the following terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Reservations made through TayaTravel are confirmed once the confirmation email is sent to the customer.
1.2 Cancellation and modification requests are accepted only in writing (via email or official communication channels).
1.3 Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service purchased, travel dates, campaign conditions, and the rules of the relevant service provider.
2. Cancellation Periods and Fees
2.1 Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date may incur only processing and service fees, unless specified otherwise by the service provider.
2.2 Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date may be subject to a percentage of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee.
2.3 Cancellations made 0–14 days before the travel date, or last-minute cancellations after booking, may be charged 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.
2.4 Cancellation terms may differ for airline tickets, private tours, villas, yacht rentals, and promotional products, and refunds may not be possible.
3. Refund Terms
3.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the original payment method.
3.2 TayaTravel is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment institutions.
3.3 For transactions in foreign currencies, the refund amount may vary depending on bank exchange rates and fees.
4. Modification Requests
4.1 Reservation modification requests (date, number of participants, type of service, etc.) may be considered under cancellation terms and may incur fees.
4.2 Changes are subject to the availability and approval of the service provider and may incur additional charges.
5. Force Majeure
5.1 Natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, weather conditions, restrictions imposed by official authorities, and similar uncontrollable events are considered force majeure.
5.2 In cases of force majeure, cancellation and refund terms are applied according to the policies of the relevant service providers.
6. Visa and Travel Documents
6.1 Cancellations due to visa refusal, passport validity issues, or incomplete travel documents are considered customer-initiated cancellations.
6.2 In such cases, the cancellation policies of the relevant service apply, and full refunds are not guaranteed.
7. No-Show Policy
7.1 No refunds are given for unused services at the start of travel, flights, tours, or accommodations.
7.2 Delays, transportation issues, or personal reasons preventing participation do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.
8. Policy Updates
8.1 TayaTravel reserves the right to make changes to the Cancellation Policy whenever deemed necessary.
8.2 The updated policy takes effect from the date it is published on the website.
