Travel Booking Terms

The following terms apply to all bookings made through TayaTravel. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. Reservation and Agreement

1.1 The customer acknowledges that a booking made through TayaTravel constitutes a binding agreement. A reservation is confirmed and a binding contract comes into effect once a confirmation email, including payment confirmation and reservation details, is sent to the customer.

1.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the reservation form is accurate and complete. TayaTravel is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

1.3 A booking is valid only with a reservation confirmation document sent in writing by TayaTravel.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 To complete a reservation, full or partial prepayment may be required. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the website.

2.2 Reservations will be processed only after the required payment has been received. Booking requests without payment will not be processed.

2.3 Certain promotions or special discounts may have specific payment deadlines and requirements; these conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Prices and Price Changes

3.1 Prices displayed on the website or during the booking process reflect the current rates and may vary depending on availability.

3.2 After a booking is confirmed, TayaTravel reserves the right to pass on any applicable taxes, fees, or cost increases from service providers to the customer. This will be clearly indicated in the reservation confirmation.

4. Changes and Cancellations

4.1 If the customer wishes to make changes to dates, accommodation, or other booking details, they must contact TayaTravel. Change requests are subject to the service provider’s conditions and the historical status of the reservation and may incur additional fees.

4.2 Cancellation or modification requests may be subject to applicable fees depending on the type of booking and service provider policies. Full refunds may not always be possible for early cancellations or changes.

4.3 Special cancellation conditions (e.g., "unconditional cancellation guarantee") apply only if explicitly stated in the reservation confirmation.

4.4 The deduction rates and refund conditions in case of cancellation are specified in the reservation confirmation and the relevant service provider’s cancellation policies.

5. Visa, Passport, and Travel Documents

5.1 The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, passports, health documents, and other official travel documents and ensuring their validity. TayaTravel is not responsible for obtaining such documents.

5.2 Refunds or cancellations due to visa refusal, expired passports, or similar issues are governed by the relevant service provider’s terms.

6. Liability of Service Providers

6.1 TayaTravel acts as an intermediary in agreements with providers of flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other services. The primary responsibility for the execution and performance of these services lies with the respective service providers.

6.2 Flight schedules, transport, or hotel services may change due to force majeure or third-party conditions. TayaTravel acts according to the terms of the service providers in such cases.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Services may be altered or canceled due to natural disasters, war, strikes, government measures, epidemics, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond control. In such cases, TayaTravel aims to provide the best possible alternative solution, but the obligations of the parties are governed by the service providers’ conditions.

8. Validity of the Agreement

8.1 These Booking Terms form an integral part of the agreement established between the parties upon booking. By making a reservation, the customer is deemed to accept these terms.

8.2 Turkish law governs all disputes arising from these terms or the agreement, and the competent courts of TayaTravel’s headquarters have jurisdiction.
