Itinerary

The southwest of England — sea breeze, rolling hills, and stories hidden among stone cottages. Beginning and ending in London, this five-day route takes you from the mystery of Stonehenge to the dramatic cliffs of Cornwall, from the wild beauty of Dartmoor to the artistic charm of St Ives. With a small group and expert guide, every day is a new story and every stop a new scene.

In the morning, we meet our group in central London and, after a brief introduction with our guide, set off for the day. Our first stop is Stonehenge, one of the world’s most mysterious monuments. Walking among its massive stone circles, we listen to the fascinating stories and theories behind this ancient site, which remains unsolved to this day.

In the afternoon, we arrive in the elegant city of Bath. With its Roman heritage, Thermae Spa (Roman Baths), the magnificent Royal Crescent, and the iconic Pulteney Bridge, Bath feels like a scene from a historical film. The city also gained renewed fame as a filming location for several scenes of the popular series Bridgerton, adding to its refined and romantic atmosphere.

Towards the evening, we travel to Exeter or Plymouth and check in to our hotel near Jurys Inn or Copthorne Hotel. The day concludes with a short riverside walk or dinner at a traditional local pub.

After breakfast, we head towards Dartmoor National Park, one of England’s most dramatic and inspiring natural landscapes. With its rolling hills, granite tors, and freely roaming wild ponies, this region has long inspired English literature and legends.

The area famously inspired Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s novel The Hound of the Baskervilles. We stop at Haytor Rocks for scenic views, followed by a short walk near the historic Postbridge Clapper Bridge.

Around midday, we continue westward into the Cornwall region. Along the way, we enjoy picturesque villages, green valleys, and stunning coastal views.

By late afternoon, we arrive at our hotel in St Ives or Penzance. The evening is free to enjoy a sunset walk by the sea or a relaxed dinner featuring classic fish and chips.

In the morning, we explore St Ives, a charming seaside town known for its strong artistic heritage. Strolling along the coast, past pastel-colored houses and local studios, we experience the town’s creative and inspiring atmosphere. The Tate St Ives gallery beautifully blends modern art with stunning sea views, making every corner of St Ives feel like a living painting.

In the afternoon, we travel to Land’s End, the westernmost point of England. Here, we enjoy short walks along dramatic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with time for photos and breathtaking views.

On the return journey, we visit the iconic Minack Theatre, an open-air theatre carved into the cliffs above the sea. With waves crashing below, it is considered one of the most extraordinary theatre settings in the world.

In the evening, we return to Penzance for free time.

Today, an itinerary filled with legends awaits us. Our first stop is Tintagel Castle, believed to be the birthplace of King Arthur. As you cross the bridge to reach the ruins, the sound of the Atlantic Ocean below and the dramatic cliff views ahead create an unforgettable atmosphere. This is one of Cornwall’s most mystical and striking locations.

In the afternoon, we visit the charming village of Boscastle, a classic Cornish harbor town with stone houses, small gift shops, and a refreshing sea breeze—perfect for a relaxing stop.

The rest of the day is free at leisure. Guests may choose to walk along the Cornwall coastal paths, enjoy cliffside views, take photographs, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

After a lunch break, we continue our journey back to London. Arrival in the city center in the evening marks the end of our tour.
