Villa, located in the village of Islamlar in Kalkan, is a conservative villa with 2 bedrooms immersed in nature.

The pool area of Villa, unseen from the outside, is one of the most suitable choices for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. For guests who want to enjoy holidays even in the winter months, our villa has an indoor heated pool.

Villa is 25 minutes away by car from Kalkan center and the sea.

Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial entry cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, change of bed linen and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a refundable damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon entry. After necessary checks are conducted upon your departure and in case of no damage, your money will be refunded immediately or within 1 week to your account.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays of 6 nights and below.

The pool heating fee is 22 Euro per day.
