Villa, located in the village of Islamlar in Kalkan, is a single-bedroom conservative villa nestled in nature. Suitable for honeymoon couples and small families, our villa is a 15-20 minute drive from Kalkan center and the public beach.

Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, bed linen/towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A damage deposit of 144 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are completed at check-out, provided there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euro is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
