The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning upon entry are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, changing bed linen, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

A security deposit of 58 Euro is taken upon entry for Villa, to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after your check-out, provided that no damage is found after necessary inspections.

A cleaning fee of 29 Euro is charged for stays of 5 nights or less.
