Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are done every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning of the villa upon entry are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, changing of bed linens and towels, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon entry, to be refunded conditionally. After the necessary checks are made upon your departure and in the absence of any damage, your money will be refunded instantly or within 1 week to your account.

A cleaning fee of 43 Euro is charged for stays of fewer than 7 nights.

The pool heating fee is 19 Euro per day.
