Important guest notes:
The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are done by
responsible staff every other day.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden
maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Extra
cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, and similar
services are not included in the price.
A damage deposit of 44 Euro is taken upon check-in for Villa,
to be refunded immediately or within 1 week after the necessary checks are made
upon your departure, provided that there is no damage.
