The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are done by responsible staff every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, initial entry cleaning of the villa are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen and towel change, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a refundable damage deposit of 58 Euro is taken upon entry. After the necessary checks are made upon your departure from the villa and in the absence of any damage, your money will be refunded to your account immediately or within 1 week.

A cleaning fee of 44 Euro is charged for stays of 5 nights and below.
