Important guest notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is done by responsible friends every other day.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial villa cleaning are included in the price. Extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included in the price.

For Villa, a damage deposit of 87 Euro is taken upon check-in, to be refunded after necessary checks upon check-out if there is no damage.

For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 30 Euro is required.
